Our Clayton office is headquarters for our operations team &, led by the Branch Sales Manager Christie Latham. Christie Latham is an experienced Loan Officer, and former NC real estate agent in the Johnston/Wake County area. She has experience with FHA, VA, USDA, and Conventional loans. Although Christie works with a full range of borrowers, she especially enjoys working with first-time homebuyers. She strives to make sure that they are comfortable with their new home purchase and fully understand the mortgage transaction.
