Don Waters is a North Carolina native and US Army Veteran. After the Army, Don attained a degree in Business and holds other professional designations, as well. He has worked in banking, insurance, and finance ever since. He is recognized nationally as a top loan originator, as well as a top USDA and VA producer.

Our Clayton office is headquarters for our operations team &, led by the Branch Sales Manager Christie Latham. Christie is an experienced Loan Officer, and former NC real estate agent in the Johnston/Wake County area. She has experience with FHA, VA, USDA, and Conventional loans.

Our Raleigh Office, led by Producing Branch Manager Colin Tommerson and his team of handpicked professionals embrace the opportunity to humbly serve their clients and business partners.
